The ECHO SRM-225 is a model of power, efficiency, and user-friendly design that has become a genuine standard in the professional landscaping world. At its heart is a 21.2cc professional-grade, 2-stroke Power Boost Vortex engine that delivers outstanding performance and long service life, with ECHO claiming no other straight shaft trimmer is more fuel efficient. The 59" straight shaft provides the long reach needed to trim under benches, around fence lines, and across wide areas efficiently, while the 17" cutting swath covers ground fast to keep productivity high through long days.

Thoughtful details separate the SRM-225 from lesser trimmers. The i-30 starting system reduces starting effort by 30%, taking the frustration out of cold starts, while the Speed-Feed 400 cutting head reloads line in seconds without any disassembly. A commercial-duty air filtration system with tool-less cover access improves engine durability and makes routine maintenance quick and easy in the field. Operator comfort is built in through an engine vibration-reduction system, ergonomic cushioned front and rear handles with rubber grips, a built-in arm rest, and a spark plug protector for added durability. Backed by ECHO's 5-year consumer / 2-year commercial warranty, the SRM-225 is a proven, reliable addition to any crew's arsenal.
